Census Business Coalition - Census 2020 - Vital to America's Economy and Private Sector
It's 2020...Census Time! Governor John Carney signed an Executive Order creating the “Complete Count Commission” to get everyone organized for the next census. The DBA is part of the effort to help spread the word to the business community about the importance of the census. Josh Meyeroff Joins American Board of Trial Advocates
Morris James Partner Joshua H. Meyeroff was elected to join the esteemed American Board of Trial Advocates at the National Board Meeting in Charleston, South Carolina on January 18, 2020. Founded in 1958, the American Board of Trial Advocates is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges. ABOTA members are committed to preserving and promoting the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Josh is a partner in the firm’s Professional Liability Litigation Group and has significant experience with the defense of medical malpractice claims. He represents hospitals, physicians, nurses, other providers of healthcare, and other professionals outside of the healthcare context. He is an experienced litigator, having been involved in all stages of litigation, including discovery, trial, and appeals. Josh also provides guidance to clinicians and other professionals with matters before the State’s various professional and licensing boards.
